4. Accounts & Security

• All changes and cancellations are subject to supplier rules and any service fees. Some bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Refund timelines and amounts (if any) depend on supplier policies. Our service fees are typically non-refundable.
• If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your booking, your remedies will be as provided by that supplier’s policy.

7. Travel Documents, Health & Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for meeting all entry, visa, passport, vaccination, insurance, and other travel requirements for your itinerary. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to failure to meet such requirements.

8. Special Requests

We may pass special requests (e.g., room type, bed configuration, meals, accessibility) to suppliers, but fulfillment is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

9. Third-Party Supplier Terms

Your contract for the travel component (flight, hotel, tour, transfer, etc.) is often with the supplier. You must review and comply with their terms and policies. In case of conflict, the supplier’s terms for the booked component will generally prevail for that component.

10. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or perform any action that may impair its functionality.
• Do not use the website to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
